We had a yard sale today and you were such a sport in your carrier. You fell right to sleep! After the sale, Mama and Daddy were in the living room and you rolled over for the very first time by yourself.

That afternoon, Aunt Suzi and Johnny kept you while Mama and Daddy went on a date. Aunt Suzi said Johnny did a great job with you and that you were a perfect angel.

Turkey Time!

Mimi, Pop and Aunt Sami bought you this gobbling turkey in Savannah and you are starting to respond to it more and more. Daddy says you’re going to be a master hunter one day.

You are so fun to bathe now. You splash around like a little fish the entire time. Next summer you are really going to be a water baby swimming in everyone’s pools. Here you are all wrapped up and ready for pj’s.

Finally! Mama got around to creating and ordering your birth announcements and you’re already two months old. It will probably be a few more weeks before she actually gets them sent out.

We had a fun gathering with Grandma’s family this weekend in Moultrie. Daddy was working at the EMS, but you and Mama rode with Grandma and Pa.

 

 

        

As you can tell, there has been quite a baby boom in the past year. Here are the four newest additions (L-R): Ava {January 7}, Kason {April 8}, you {May 4}, and Jasper {May 15}. There are a few others that were born several months before, as well as a new little one making his or her debut in March.

A long first day

You had a good first day at Doodlebugs. Daddy picked you up early and Mama met back with y’all as soon as she could. Aunt Suzi was close by to love on you too!

7-12-11: Daycare

Today, Mama went back to work for the first time since you were born and you had your very first day at Doodlebugs Preschool. Mama didn’t cry when she dropped you off like she thought she would, but she shed a few tears throughout the day. You are that much fun to be around!

You were such a sweet baby and Mama and Daddy got good reports when they checked in on you throughout the day.

Daddy picked you up early for some quality time and Mama rushed home immediately after work to love on you as quickly as possible!
